1 General Terms and Acceptance
By accessing cy66.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the cy66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an active account on the cy66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cy66 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. cy66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle — not only at withdrawal. Accepted documents for identity verification include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of a cy66 request will result in account suspension pending compliance.
3 Account Obligations and Security
Each registered cy66 player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with their account. cy66 will never ask a player to provide their password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password that appears to come from cy66 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You must notify cy66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised, or if you believe a third party has obtained knowledge of your login credentials. cy66 will take prompt action to secure your account upon receiving such notification, including the option to immediately lock the account pending a security review.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one cy66 account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, cy66 will close all accounts associated with that player, void all pending bonuses and unsettled bets, and may retain any balances in the duplicate accounts at its discretion pending investigation. Players who voluntarily disclose duplicate accounts to cy66 support before detection may be treated more leniently at cy66's sole discretion.
Account Currency
All cy66 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in other currencies via international payment channels (Visa, Mastercard) will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. cy66 does not charge a currency conversion fee, but conversion rates are determined by the relevant payment processor and cy66 cannot guarantee a specific rate.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 calendar days. After this period, cy66 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to the dormant account balance. Players will be notified at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied via their registered contact details. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must log in and complete any outstanding KYC requirements.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
cy66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players registered in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on individual account status and transaction history.
Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum single deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳50,000. Higher deposit limits are available for verified accounts with an extended transaction history — contact [email protected] to request a limit review.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- The player's account must have successfully completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal via bKash or Nagad is ৳100,000.
- Withdrawal requests that meet all eligibility conditions are processed within 5 minutes via bKash or Nagad during standard BST (UTC+6) operating hours.
- Withdrawals requested outside standard operating hours may take up to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others) are processed within 24 hours on banking business days.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player has submitted and received approval for a payment method change via a formal request to [email protected].
- cy66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal compliance review — including but not limited to: first withdrawal requests, high-value withdrawals, and withdrawals from accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns.
Deposits Are Player Funds — Not Credit
All deposits made to a cy66 account are player-owned funds held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. cy66 does not provide credit, loans, or payment plans to players. Players must only deposit funds that they are financially comfortable losing within their personal entertainment budget.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
cy66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on net losses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded to a cy66 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each specific bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's terms and conditions page before opt-in. A player who opts into a bonus confirms they have read and accepted the applicable wagering requirement. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry date, stated in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds and free spins that have not been used, and wagering requirements that have not been completed, by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without compensation. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.
Bonus Abuse and Collusion
cy66 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus hedging), or participating in organised collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have all bonus balances voided, may have their account permanently closed under Section 8, and may be held liable for any financial loss cy66 incurs as a result of the abuse.
cy66 Right to Modify Promotions
cy66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the condition that modifications will not reduce the value of bonuses already credited and actively in progress for current players. Seasonal and event-specific promotions are available for limited periods only and are subject to availability.
6 Game Rules and Fair Play

Void Bets and Technical Errors
cy66 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of: a manifest software or pricing error, a data feed failure that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or any other technical malfunction that produced an outcome inconsistent with the intended operation of the game or market. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account. cy66 will communicate void decisions to affected players via their registered contact details within 48 hours.
7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cy66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities, as detailed in Section 8.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sporting events using information that is not publicly available, or in coordination with any individual who has the ability to influence the outcome of the event, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Money Laundering: Using cy66 to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activity is prohibited. cy66 cooperates fully with financial crime investigations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to cy66 is prohibited and constitutes fraud. All chargeback requests are investigated. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargeback activity will be permanently closed and the disputed amount may be pursued through legal channels.
- Software Exploits and Bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the cy66 platform — including for the purpose of placing bets, collecting odds data, or circumventing security measures — is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion: Coordinating gameplay with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker variants, live dealer game collusion, or sports betting syndicate manipulation, is prohibited.
- False Identity: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity documentation, or misrepresenting any material fact about your identity or eligibility during registration or KYC verification is prohibited and may be referred to law enforcement.
cy66 employs dedicated risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Players identified as engaging in any form of prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account action without prior warning. cy66's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these terms.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
cy66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, KYC non-compliance, or payment fraud.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request by cy66.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, identity fraud, match fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the account.
- Detection of duplicate or multi-account activity in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.
- A chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player or their payment provider that is determined by cy66 to be fraudulent or unjustified.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument requiring cy66 to restrict or close the account.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their cy66 account voluntarily — including those seeking to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons — may submit a closure request at any time to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided the account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
cy66 offers a formal self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who feel that their gaming activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is fully locked — no logins, deposits, or wagers are permitted. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a player and cy66 regarding account closure, balance forfeiture, or any other matter arising under these Terms & Conditions, the player should submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with full supporting documentation. cy66 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 calendar days. cy66's decision following a formal complaints review is final. cy66 does not participate in external arbitration processes beyond those required by applicable law.
